GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE

Women's Only Group Fitness Classes

Come along to our women's group training classes. Personal trainers run lots of different classes at different times.

Strength Sessions are more traditional resistance weight type circuits whereby you do 3 sets of 12 reps on each of the 8 exercise stations completing one circuit. The duration is approximately 60 minutes.


Super Sessions are also a circuit with weights but you do 1 set of 12 reps on an exercise and then move onto the next station. So 8 exercise stations completed 3 times around. The duration is approximately 45 minutes.


Both the session types ensure a great full body work out! All based at our private Masterton Fitness Studio.
